Gigi was an early actress so well-liked by cameras and photographers that her name became virtually synonymous with pictures. Sims can take normal photos, silly photos alone or together and romantic photos with their partner. Sims can WooHoo or Try for Baby in a photo booth and get the "Public WooHoo" moodlet. They can be found in buy mode under 'Entertainment' then 'Hobbies and Skills', or 'Study' and then 'Hobbies and Skills'.

Pictures taken in a booth can be placed on a wall or kept in inventory and given as a gift. They are very similar to the photo booth from The Sims 2: Nightlife, and are available on both community and residential lots. Photo booths return in The Sims 3: Showtime, The Sims 3: University Life, and The Sims 3 Store. Doing so in a photo booth in a community lot fulfills the want for "Public WooHoo".

When two Sims with a high relationship score are inside, they may have the option to WooHoo or Try For Baby. This can be found in the Sim's inventory after they have been made playable.Ī photo booth is one of the places a couple can WooHoo. There is also an alternate set of photos which non-playable Sims will take autonomously, depicting the Sim doing "sexy" poses. Photo booth pictures can be hung on the wall or placed on a surface. The photo booth will provide a collage of four pictures that will be available in the inventory of the Sim who purchased the photos.

If the two Sims are teens or older, a third option to take romantic photos will also be available. Sims can either use the photo booth by themselves or with another Sim, and can choose to take normal photos or goofy photos. It is featured on some community lots by default, and can also be bought on residential lots. The photo booth is an object that comes with The Sims 2: Nightlife.
